do you struggle to manage arthritis in your veterinary patients?

We can completely change their quality of life if we recognize and mindfully treat their pain.
— Marie Bartling, DVM, cVMA, CCRT, CVPP

dear Colleagues,

  • You know that they are in pain!

  • it’s in their face, it slows them down, it makes them grumpy.

  • You know that they can live better physical lives.

  • But you don’t know where they hurt and which therapy is going to be most effective to manage their pain from OA and tendinopathy long-term.

I can help.

I can teach you:

  • To recognize subtle pain symptoms so that you can intervene early

  • To medical strategy and skills to optimize effective treatments

  • To use physical medical tools to reduce the needs for medications over time.

I am so ExCITEd you are here!

VETERINARIAN, EDUCATOR, CREATIVE THINKER, AND PHYSICAL HEALTH ENTHUSIAST FOR DOGS AND CATS.

Hi! I am Marie, a veterinarian who is obsessed with providing physical health education to pet lovers and pros!

First as a veterinarian from the equine world and now as a provider of physical medicine of all kinds to dogs and cats - I HAVE PROVEN that we absolutely can conquer and recover from painful physical issues if we are proactive and stepwise in our recovery process.

I have the experience to show you how to see that dogs and cats are suffering from pain that makes them sit, act and move funny. This kind of compensation is subtle, but once I show you what to look for, you will never be able to “not see it” again!

I have the experience to show you how to see and treat osteoarthritis and tendinitis in companion pets so that they can keep running and playing as athletes until they are walking in fuzzy silver slippers.

“Dr. Bartling is highly skilled not only in animal welfare but also in human and animal relationship.

She guided us in establishing correct behavior in dealing with our dogs and she believes in an all around well being of the animal and human. I have seen at least 10 different vets to help manage my dog's fecal incontinence and she resolved that problem after one visit of chiropractic adjustment and acupuncture. I have never given any recommendation for a vet but I'll gladly refer her to everyone I know. Thank you for making my life and my dogs' lives better!”

“My dogs and I have engaged in a variety of dog sports over the years.

If only I'd known then what I know now about proper warmup and conditioning and how to detect signs of pain, we could have prevented a lot of injuries.  I'm grateful for Dr. Bartling's individualized approach, including conditioning exercises owners can easily learn to do themselves as well as for supplements and therapies that are helping me keep my dogs comfortable and happy into old age.”

Jessica Swaim, border collie Kiva (age 13) and toller Odin (age 8)

I recommend any dog with signs of arthritis see Dr. Marie to get their life back.”
