General info:

This event is a 2 hr commitment on event day.

It requires one pre-event meeting for one hour (Can be by video chat). Here is the link to our Microsoft teams (no account required but please test ahead of our meeting).

On the event day:

We will set up 30 min before the event and plan to stay 15 min after the event to clean up.

It will include:

• 30 min lecture

• 15 min testimonials from clients

• 30 min lab demo

  • How to lure into good seated posture

  • How to lure through transitions

  • 3 legged stand

  • How to walk for gait analysis

  • Here is the official schedule

Refreshments:

• This is a short event - for efficiency please bring bottled water.

• I will bring dog treats.

Preparation:

Please fill out the following two forms 30 days prior to the event.

1. Instructor registration so that I can pay you in a timely manner.

2. Download this W 9 form + then once signed upload to Dropbox in this folder.

Compensation:

Fixed rate: please refer to your contract.

General Info:

This event requires travel to location with arrival before 12p the day before the event and departure anytime after 6p the last day of the event.

Two video chat pre-planning meetings will be required + completion of a quick quiz that reviews the most important parts of the material you teach. That quiz will be due 30 days pre-event.

Schedule and details about food and refreshment:

Prep: 7:30 coffee and tea provided

Lecture 8a - 12p

Lunch: 30 min (provided)

Wet lab: 1p-5p

Dinner @ 6p (required the first night, then optional with a $50 per meal stipend).

• Daily rate for days teaching + 1/2 day rate for travel days - please refer to your individual contract.

Equipment/prep:

Please complete the registration form and upload the documents we request in the form to Dropbox within 30 days of accepting the offer to teach for an event.
